Aside from Snarky Puppy, Lettieri has spent time on the road
with neo-soul icon Erykah Badu, gospel singer/actress Tamela
Mann, and American Idol: Season 11 winner Phillip Phillips.
He's also performed with a myriad of other artists, including
Anthony Evans, Chrisette Michele, Myron Butler, N'dambi, Fred
Hammond, and even Pat Boone.
An in-demand session guitarist, recent work includes David Crosby,
50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Adam Levine, Lupe Fiasco, Kirk
Franklin, Fred Hammond, Eric Roberson, Tamela Mann, LeCrae,
Keyshia Cole, Xzibit, as well as numerous radio and television jingles.
Lettieri accomplishes much of this work as a member of Team SKP,
a production collective led by Grammy Award-winning producer
Symbolyc One (Kanye West, Beyonce).
As a composer/bandleader, Lettieri has released three albums,
Knows in 2011, Futurefun in 2013 and Spark and Echo in 2016.
Through tours with Snarky Puppy and social media network shares, both records have created a sizable buzz among fans of instrumental guitar music worldwide.
He enjoys cooking, fitness, and life with his wife and their two cats, Cioppino and Wah Wah Pedal.
I had the great pleasure of meeting mark and handing over "The Fallen Angel" He is true gentleman and all round nice guy, not to mention a stunning and extremely proficient sought after session player as well as being a producer, writer, band leader and as he puts it, sideman, he is member of award winning Snarky Puppy and one of the busiest musicians out there today.
I have also had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the guy's who play a part in Marks trio this side of the Atlantic along with the rest of the most stunning and one of the tightest band's I have ever heard "The Funky Knuckles".
I give here again my thanks to Wojtek Osojca (Valhalla GCS) who's "Grandma" led to this meeting and got one of my guitars into the hands of such a stunning player.
My California Artist Signature...
"Michael Couling at California Artist Guitars makes some incredible, vintage inspired instruments. He has a knack for matching
the right neck wood with the right body wood, as evidenced by the "Angel" T that I play. It's a rock-solid build that fits like a glove.
It's really a work of art. The tone is unreal – and very flexible - and the neck is a perfect fit.
The blue is perfect man, the rosewood neck is great and the guitar really "spoke" to me."
